hello guys i have a humble request for you.

my fithers computer which i believe is a dell 4550 series or something like that

well the problem is that i have been messing with it for a while. but his cd drives no longer appear. anywhere. its like they don't exist. i tried unplugging them, changing their slave master statuses, and they don't appear in the system at all. and i have no idea what to do. they are still plugged in they open and close.

one is a regualr cd drive, and the other is a burner.
