Xorg Driver problem

I require a gfx driver for an S3Trio64V+ 1mb (CP765L) for X11

Im currently running 6.8.2 and the driver in that is NOT compatable :(

Does anyone know a place where i can get one from or if ver.2.1 actualy supports this card?

and you seriously think i wouldnt do my groundwork before posting?

Ive googled and read up for 12+ hrs beforehand.
