svchost.exe 100% CPU, wtf

I have 7 copys of svchost.exe running, and sometimes one of them will go up to 100% CPU usage, which is fucking annoying.
I remember someone once before posted a way to see what each instance of svchost is use for. Can anyone repost that for me?

Hide all columns except startup type and name, then go to Action > Export list.
