Windblows validation

Mmkay, So I reinstalled windows, You know, like every good boy does, and I updated. Now, normally, the software validation tool comes after SP2, but this time, it came before it, and I didnt catch it, so I installed it, and I have heard its possible to remove it without reinstalling XP.
