So here's my dilemma, I was installing a new printer and my external USB hard drive was acting up on me so it was off, and the printer stole my USB hard drive's letter address. It's where I keep all my music so now I need to completely restart my iTunes library if I can't fix reset the letter address from /:G to /:E.

spoilers. they point you here if you are rex enough for tech support on /g/.
this is why drive letters suck and you should not use them
better to make a directory in your C: (or wherever your windows folder is) called mount, then add folders for each drive or mass storage device you have (i name my hard drives after girls I like), and then connect them to the folders using Start->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management->Disk Management->right click on external hard drive on bottom->Change Drive Letters or Folders
