Image leacher

first of all if there is one can we use it on 4chan?
ie download all of the images from /b/ in one go?
and not thumbnails the real full size image

if so and we are allowed to use them please post an app that lest you do this

i have it aswell as firefox and ie but there is no downloader built into it >>
