For those of you who own more than one iPod

What do you do if you want to create more than one library?
e.g. a profile for each iPod.
I have a 60 GB video and a 4 GB mini (mother's),
and I'd like to be able to update them both on the same computer.

I switched to Ubuntu Linux because it does everything I need.
