Yo! I don't know what's wrong exactly with my friends comp (recently started it up again after being shut down for ½ a year).
You see, when I try to surf on the net and scroll down the screen quickly it sort of has to come a line to update it or something.
Or when I'm trying to watch let's say anime, if I enlarge the image or if the image is simply "too large" to begin with the picture kind of 'chops' and falls behind the sound, you know the picture kind of "skips".
This happens when something updates "quickly" on the computer screen.
The computer has no other noticable "slow downs", it's pretty quick.
Any idea what the problem might be? I've already done teh spyware and all that lot standard checks without any detections, so it's something else.
