I hope /g/ can help me. So I'm buing a wlan dsl router 54mbps/802.11g standard
I was thinking to buy one of those:
Buffalo WHR-G54S or Buffalo WHR-HP-G54
they are almost same but that HP version is highpower and has longer signal strength..
so my question is .. those routers are 125mbps/54mbps fast depending if network adapter supports faster speed if I understood right?
if I set up wlan with that router and I'll get myself a 125mbps adapter for my comp and my father has in his laptop 54mbps adapter does this work?.. or does the connection has to be 54mbit because of my fashas laptop? ..just wondering if my sis gonna get pc then we can move files faster via wlan if the connection could be 125mbps even fasha is using 54mbps connection??
how long is that signal strength in those buffalo wlan routers ?? anybody got one...how much throuch brick wall??just wondering cause that HP is more expensive..
is buffalo good brand??atleast it won some comparison in magazine what I read
if there's some wlan router what u suggest ..let me know..I already have dsl-modem so the router doesn't have to include it..
sorry if my english sucks :D
