can two OSs exist in same computer?

Name: Anonymous 2006-08-07 10:34

Now my C: has Windows XP with this gay foreign language. I CAN NOT erase this one because if I don't use this version of Windows, they don't let you install the drivers and chipsets. However, I have another drive which is D:. Can I install an English XP in there and boot it? Is it possible? Or would this rape the computer? how do I choose the OS if I have two of them in one computer?

*I'm doing this so that I can play this weeaboo game that doesn't except my gay foreign language OS. and NO language options and Applocale doesn't help AT ALL.

Yeah. It'll be fine.

You'll get a boot menu once there are two operating systems. GRUB if one is Linux, the Windows text one if they're all Windows.

so how do I install it? just insert the XP disk and choose D: drive for partition?

Yeah, that's the gist of it. But it won't be labeled as D:, but as "Empty 39000MB Partition" or something like that. It's easiest to determine which it is if it's empty or a different size than your C: drive.

k I did it. I installed XP on my D: and it works fine. But still it doesn't recognize most of my drivers such as my nvidia graphic card. I wonder what's wrong...
