Nero and playing unknownformat video

Whenever I try to play this video that I recently got from /t/, I get this message "Fatal Error: Installation corrupted- please reinstall NERO". Why is my pc talking about nero when its supposed to play a movie file? It doesn't even play the movie saying that the codec is not available but I have my CCCP installed. Help?

and now that error message pops up when I restart my pc. WTF :(
