Best way to access newsgroups?

Having seen that torrents are getting worse for certain pirated material, what's the best way for someone to get started on newsgroups?

Google only brings up advertising.

Newsgroups is expensive way..Only way u are going to get reasonable access to it is to pay.
You won't find any free servers, that's for sure.

go for the Unlimited thing. You get 8 connections, 45 days of retention, and unmeasured downloading. Your bandwidth per second is capped, but I max out my 15 mebibit connection no problem using four of the eight connections (for about 1.8 megabytes per second of downloading. This means I download the average anime episode in about 1.38 minutes lol. It takes about an hour and fifteen minutes to download an 8gb dual-layer dvd)

you can check out www.newzbin.com too, that is a fuck awesome service and I pay like $3 a month for it. They catalog everything interesting on Usenet for you so you don't have to waste time looking through newsgroups. But they closed signups recently because they are too cool for you.

Ya comcast provides a free one. Sadly CP* ends up there which I don't approve of.  2gb a month. If you use comcast, and don't take advantage of it, You should.
