Computer Power Shit Fuck

I installed linxus yestarday, and today I shut it down becasue I needed to put it away for two hours. When I got back I hooked everything up, but the weird thing is that it turns on by it's self. Problem is that it's just on and nothing else works, Linuxs doesn't work, keyborad lights don't turn on, and it just sits there with a yellow light on the bottom next to  battrie or cylander symbol. Its HP Pavillion a245c.  Sorry the english is really not well. Also the blue light only flickers once when you clikc the button and once when you hold the button to turn it off.
