DVD Compression Programs

I'm looking for a program like DVDshrink that can compress and strip features from a DVD9 to make it fit on a DVD5. DVDshrink ALWAYS strips out the menu when you reauther it, but menus are (among) what separates the format from VHS. So I'm looking for a good program that keeps the menu structure even after you remove say, one DVD extra. Arigatou

DVDShrink has two modes, reauthor and complete disc backup

if you choose the complete disc backup method instead of reauthor, the entire menu structure will remain intact

however, you're a fucking idiot.  you're wasting precious bandwidth on stupid juvenile menu graphics rather than the actual movie when you do that.  something tells me you keep all your french and spanish ac5 tracks too, don't you?  the main difference between dvd vs. vhs is NOT the stupid menu (notice your DVD remote has BUTTONS??? that do the same thing as the MENUS?), but random access capability like a CD.  your chapters are still intact too!
