I used to use BS player alot and used its function to captures the screen all the time. I recently reformatted my hard drive and lost my old copy, & all new free copies have adware on them, damn annoying ads popup on your desktop when you're doing unrelated things.
What's a good alternative? I use windows xp.
I know there's a way to take screencaps with Windows Media player, but it doesn't work with all file types (like it will with mpeg but not avi's or something).
What free software can I use that lets you just push a button and get a screencap? Thank you.
