half of my stuff has disappeared,

somehow half of the stuff in my c drive has disappeared. stuff like my Music, Videos, Pictures and Programs. I had over 150gb of stuff in my folder and now theres only 10gb. Noone has deleted it or anything, also when i check the space on the c drive theres 80gb usage so it cant of been moved anywhere else. anyone know what could be wrong?
