Rename file?

I recently downloaded a porn video off limewire, but the filename is too long; I cannot play it, rename it, or delete it. I'm running under Windows XP SP2. Additionally, even the command prompt tells me it's too long. How do I renamed file?

use copy command in cmd.exe to make new file

I have one of those too and it pisses me off
