Reinstalling Gentoo

Hey, guys, I'm reinstalling Gentoo tonight or tomorrow (depending on how fast I can get everything I need backed up). Do you guys recommend any USE or CFLAGS?

Here's my (important) stuff:
AMD Sempron 3000+ ~2.0GHz (MMX, 3DNow! [+Professional, +Enhanced], SSE)
nForce 2 IGP (Integrated GeForce4 MX) Motherboard (nForce Audio and Ethernet)

And, yeah, its behind the times. Its not something I'm denying, I just like this thing. It served me well over the years.
