Stuck at 640 x 480

So it seems that my monitor is stuck at 640 x 480 (for games at least).  None of my games are giving me any choices for the resolution other than 640 x 480. 

What's up with my monitor?

For the record, I have an ATI X850 XT 256MB and the monitor Norwood Micro... 15" display I think (not sure about the measurements.  Help me out guys. :'(

60 Hz is the only thing my monitor can display.
There's no "Change Monitor Type" either.

Anything I can do Via ATI's Catalyst?
