Wondering how i can up the bitrate

on my Mp3?
its currently 160 kbps bit rate.
i want to increase it to the > 192kbps bit rate.
how can i do it?

If by memory you mean RAM, you simply go download a file.  The file contains some instructions and printouts.  Print it all and follow the instructions, they will instruct on how to fold the paper to create RAM.  Note that your printer will need to use ink.
