setting computer on fire

ok, i have an old hp computer here, i needed to install a new psu but it wouldn't fit in the case so i have everything strewn out on a board and it is working.

let's say i take it outside and set the board on fire, hypthetical questions:
 - how long until it dies
 - where should i start the fire at
 - safety ideas (how not to set house on fire)
