Linksys are manufacturers of networking equipment, and have a real-time support chat facility on their website (for their own products only, of course). A while back in /b/ a lot of posters decided to abuse the chat support system by going on and claiming their router was on fire or had crushed their cat or wouldn't let them download child pornography fast enough or something. Of all the support personnel who didn't resort to stock "There is a problem with the chat system, you will have to disconnect" messages, one who went by the name Rex was the most amusing - he could give as good as he got.
Anyway, as for sites specifically made for PC tech support, try Tech Republic.
