What are some programs you just love on your Mac?

Conversation for IRC file leeching, chatting
X-Chat Aqua for file serving
Azureus for more risky torrents (way too bulky, but safepeer is necessary)
Transmission for less risky torrents
VLC
FFMpegX
CyberDuck
Flip4Mac (being able to play WMV3 encodes on occasion is nice)
