IE getting cookies despite not being used

ANybody know why the hell ad-aware finds new tracking cookies for IE every single time I do a system scan, despite the fact IE hasnt run on this computer for almost half a year?

Applications might be using MSHTML or you may have Microsoft malware installed.

Not only you're doing well not using IE, but also open it one more time to go Tools+Internet options, and set some paranoid settings (disable cookies, history, Java, JavaScript ("command sequencs or whatever gay shit Microsoft calls its faulty misimplementation of JavaScript), ActiveX shit, and everything else.
