I have myself a dual core AMD processor. Im very happy with it, but had to learn the hard way that many programs dont like being run on multiple cores. No problem though, right? I just go to the task manager and manualy set the task to use one core.
But there in lies the problem; I can be a lazy and forgetful person. Some programs i run will even crash/reboot my computer if i forget to set the affinity immediatly. Im sure there are other people out there that got sick of doing this all the time as well. Does anyone out there know of a program that will let me make profiles or something similar for my programs so it will start up correctly?
Thanks.
