Internet explorer crashing

My IE keeps crashing on my other 'puter.  I've run virus scans and spyware scans but it keeps happening.  It's not just crashing it's just straight-up disappearing.  One minute I'm surfing just fine and dandy, the next minute.... no IE anywhere.  Help?


p.s. i've tried Microsoft support but couldn't find anything

best antivirus is common sense, idiots
