Right-Shift opens a new Browser

I thought it was an option that was only in Firefox.  So I uninstalled it and got Avant Browser.  But now hitting right-shift opens a new Avant browser.  I have no idea how to turn this feature off, I just hit left-shift if I want to capitalize now.  Anyone know how to turn this off?
