Setting up bittorrent port tracker

Help, I've done all the instruction from portforward.com and still getting an error saying that my port is still not function properly.

Using BitComet 0.64 and trying the port with Utorrent 1.5, since bitcomet doesn't have that feature.

Any software firewall? ie zone alarm

I believe I don't have any firewall installed except windows firewall which has been disabled.

well, first be sure you told utorrent or whatever which port you opened.  there should be some setting where you tell it what port number to do transfers on.

and maybe your isp might be blocking the port, esp. if it's the default bittorrent port.  try opening and setting a high port number like 44000.

I've changed my port to 44000, both Utorrent and my Router.
Here is what I got.

Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (208.99.198.134) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5).

What is this peerguardian2 or protowall ?

Check if:
1. the port you opened in your router is the inbound port (i.e the port on your lan, allowing traffic lan->wan and vice-verse).
2. check if uTorrent means a TCP or UDP port or maybe both.
3. make SURE you don't have any firewall on (or wrongly configured).
PeerGuardian 2 is a program that protects you from RIAA and friends, Protowall is either a firewall or a simmilar program.

1. Inbound part ? How do I change that ? Sorry for being such a noob. But I'm new at this stuff.
2. Done, both TCP and UDP are enabled.
3. It seems like I don't have these programs, so lets skip it.

And what about this ipfilter.dat ?

Oh man, this isn't just stupid, this is comedy gold.
