Really easily, sweetheart.
Go to Tools -> Folder Options
First go to 'View', and uncheck 'Enable Simple File Sharing'
Click Ok.
Now rightclick on the Sara folder, and go properties, then select the 'Security' tab.
Click Advanced, and then Owner. Click on your current username in the list, and then check 'Replace owner on subcontainers and objects', before clicking Ok.
It might take a few minutes, but once it's done, you'll be able to access it. Now go back to folder options and re-enable Simple File Sharing.
Interesting bit of Trivia is that Vista Beta 2 can do this automatically for the user. Very cool.

Actually Vista supports some kind of TPM key based HDD encryption. It can lock the entire HDD with this info and the HDD will never again work on a mobo without the same TPM key. Now THAT is secure.
