I want to get the HD out of my old Presario

I guess this is the right place. I've had my really old Presario, model number 5BW120, sitting in the corner of my room for years now. Since I don't have any use for it I think it's about time that I got rid of it. The hard drive will probably have some use, so I want to get it out first.

But the problem is, I can't really figure out how. the screw holding it in shouldn't be hard to get at (though the case is in the way), but I can't see any way to slide it out without ripping the case apart, since both the power and the other drive bays are blocking it.

Any ideas?

a lot of cases from companies like compaq, packard bell, hp, etc. make it inconvenient to get stuff out because things are packed so tightly or other reasons.

you'll probably have to rip the case apart.
