No.. I have a 19 inch, 16x12, but I don't feel like pinpointing my mouse to a tiny area while I'm browsing sloppily. By your logic, all clickable objects should be 1/10th of their size because you can still see them. Yeah, that makes a shitload of sense.

Those icons look low-quality and ugly, flatout, and that's all the theme alters apparently. If you have a better looking screen, I'd like to see it.
