Windows freezes during load

I have a custom built desktop that recently started freezing on the Windows loading screen, I can get it into safe mode with no problems and I used a system restore point but still no luck. Can anyone help?

I got it to go into Windows finally. I ran MSCONFIG and found some suspicious entries under the startup tab that I disabled and that seemed to do the trick.
