what's a good CD burning program?

Nero seems to be pretty popular.  But is it good?
I need something that can burn both data CDs, music CDs, and MP3 CDs(which if I remember are simply data CDs, right?)

mkisofs+cdrecord

MP3 cds are data CDs with MP3s on them.
