NTLDR is Missing. O_o

Hey, I just got my non-raid card:

So i turn off my computer, put the card in and excpet to start installing drivers. But, no! I get NTLDR is Missing error. I dunno what i did wrong I just put this new card in. So I take it out thinking it was the problem, and I still get it. So I put in my windows cd and repair it by copying files from the cd and I still get the error. Was it my card's fault or somthing elese?

I googled that vrius name and got nothing. What is it and how do i deal with it? Right now i was able to install the drivers and all and when i restarted the comp I got the NTLDR error again. I did fix boot again and now it just stays at the Windows Xp loading screen. help me out!
