Can someone help me figure this out?

So i just reformatted windows for the fucifth time in one single day.... this showed up:

What in the mother fucking FUCK. WHY IS THIS SHOWING UP? I've done nothing but install my drivers and reformat windowes.... and this shows up. What the fuck is up with it? How do i get rid of it? I've used various spyware detection programs and not a single one of them can FIND the fucking thing, let alone get rid of it. WHAT IN THE FUCK IS UP?!?

Well since you're used to it, I'd reformat again and do a FULL format, not just the quick one. And make sure you are disconnected from the internet untill you install your anti virus/spyware software. And by disconnect I mean physically unplug the cable from the back of your computer.

Did two full reformats. FULL, i even sat and babysat the whole thing. Five FULL reformats.

Anyways, i'm going to do the service pack upgrades, as they seemed to disappear when i updated the last time, (i unfortunately had a currupted install, hense why i had to reformat).

You are an idiot. This will show up on a fresh install when you connect to the internet. Steps to get rid of it FOREVAR:

1: Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
2: Find 'Messenger'. Right-click > Properties
3: General Tab > Startup Type (dropdown box) > DISABLED
4: Click the STOP button right below the box.
5: ...
6: PROFIT
6: TIME PARADOX

Get a hardware firewall and stop using Internet Explorer.
