Wallpaper option is dead

I don't know how this happened.
Does anybody know how to fix it?
I would appreciate it beyond belief.

try changing windows theme and change back?

in before "use lunix lol"

i tried that just now and it changed everything except for the wallpaper (which is still disabled.) Thank you very much for trying to help though.

Any more ideas?

Use your browser to save a pic as a desktop wallpaper.  See if that does anything.  If not, maybe a reboot?

If this happens to anybody else, just go to http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/cleandesktop.exe and run that.
