Desktop Problem

Does anyone have any fucking clue how to make the icon font color black? I looked at the microsoft website, but it was useless, any ideas?

I use regedit for ur info, and my main problem is i can't access some entries... if i come accross an entry like this then i run regedit from the scheduled tasks and problem solved. Regedit is enough if u know what ur doing, if not don't even consider using registry editing software.

btw if u pay for programs, then u should forget using internet
