LCD Monitor wierdness

Okay, so recently my LCD monitor (Samsung SyncMaster 570S TFT) has been acting wierd.  Every time I turn it on the screen will fluctuate for about 10 minutes.  By fluctuate, I mean that there will be lines on the screen that are either darker or lighter than the screen is supposed to be, and they roll across the screen.  It's hard to describe, but I can draw a photoshop image of the effect if its necessary to figure out what's going on.

Any idea what's going on, or anything I can do to fix it?

Tried changing your refresh rate? Might be some component that runs just outside spec until it warms up.
