Taskbar coloring

I'm currently using windows 2000 and I want to change the color of the windows taskbar.
The default grey is boring me =(
Please help and receive a free internet !

That falls under "3D Objects" under Appearances or Themes, or whatever it's called in 2K.

It will also change the color of all flat, non-interactive surfaces. Poor description, you get it.
