Creative methods of destroying old CDs

I've got a couple hundred old beer coasters.
ie. CDs and DVDs which have fucked up over the years of burning stuff or CDs that are no longer needed as I've transferred files from CDs to DVDs, as it is a much better storage medium.

I've kept every single fucked up disc for the last 4 years and I'm not sure what to do with it.

Simply throwing them in the bin is a waste.

What I need is a fun method of disposing them.

I don't want to use the microwave, in case it screws up the machine and plus it's going to take a while with a few hundred discs.

I had an idea once, to build a larger version of one of them foam disc shooter toys but there seems to be a few technical problems to make it happen.

So, 4channers, give me your ideas on how to kill all these discs!

Well I like throwing them then shooting at them with an HPEG and my airsoft pellets.

spread them out all over your neighbor's lawn in the middle of the night, and see what he does in the morning

actually i have always been a big fan of the microwave if you get about 25 cd's together then you stack them put it in the microwave for about 10-15 sec and watch the show. don't worry as long as you stop the microwave after the sparks have slowed tremendously you won't hurt it.

then the more fun way....................use explosives it makes for a very interesting night

Trap shooting.

throw them frisbee style at black children

I usually throw mine frisbee style at brick walls.  they explode into many shiny pieces. 
Also good for throwing at enemies, black children(>>16), etc.  Make sure they're against a wall so in case they dodge it they still get shards falling over them.  shiny shards.

Ooooo shiny shards, sounds good...

CDs make shitty frisbees.

Either that, or there's some super sekrit t3chnique I'm missing.
