If you really want that (it's a waste of performance; you moved to Windows 2000 for a reason, don't forget that reason), check WindowBlinds ( www.windowblinds.net ). It does all Windows XP does for theming and more. It supports Windows XP themes as well as more advanced themes and it also skins command windows. But like I said, it's a waste of performance (memory and CPU), don't do that. You should care for what's *in* windows, not what's outside them.
