Docklet?

Hey ...uh... /Computers/,
Someone on /b/ posted a screenshot of their hideous desktop with a shit windowblinds skin and all, but they had a dock (I assume ObjectDock). What I'm interested in was a docklet that appeared to create submenus. These opened around the object on the dock in kind of a semi-circle. That is, there was one "Games" menu, and above that had appeared several game icons.
Anyone know what this docklet is called?
