how to CG rip a hentai cg

how do I capture hcg screens?
I remember once visiting a site that gives software to cause CG rips in hentai cg's.  Some software worked with some games, as each specific company had their own specialized way of hiding the data.  Anybody know how I can proceed?

1) Figure out how the data is stored.
2) Write a tool that reads the data.
3) Read the data and write it to a file.

Really simple.

you could always use FRAPS, but that won't 'rip' them, it will take what is displayed on the screen and encode it afresh to a new format. Windows Media Encoder will do the same sort of thing.

most hentai cg are stored in a bitmap compatble format (with or without a header), so once you have located the data, it's basicly just to rip it out of there and put it into a .bmp file.

But as always, google is your friends when it comes to this (and a hex editor, capeble of showing data as a bitmap image :P)
