Smitfraud and SpywareQuaker

I can't seem to get rid of these two. I've googled them and I've searched, so now I turn to you 4chan, please help me.

(SpywareQuake is just a variant of Smitfraud, so the above tool should clobber it too).

Well, the IE homepage is no longer hijacked, but the damn fake virus infection warning still is here. I'm running Panda ActiveScan now, gonna see if it comes up with something.
