I'd like help with two things, one is that my first .gif to make is fine but when I post in on like 4chan it plays the second frame faster and pauses a bit on the first one.
And I am looking for photoshop pointers with things such as adding breasts on anime pictures such as the one I am posting now:)..I'll post my own try at it but it's not good.
