Does anyone have a photo organization program they recommend? I've been considering Picasa, mainly because it's free.
Anyone have success with it?

I personally use iView Media Pro for my metadata tagging/organization needs. It's not free, though. There are versions for Windows and OS X.
Otherwise Picasa for Windows and iPhoto for OS X work fine too for typical organizing, though I don't have much experience with either.
