Radeon 9600 XT on 180W PSU

So I read this review of the Gainward 96XT where a guy used a 200w PSU (and he didn't mention any stability issues), so what are the chances that my 180w PSU will run a 96XT?

The "best" card I have used with the 180w is a Gainward 5600 XT (no stability issues).
