idk what is going on i need help

ok when i go to system restore a msg pops up it says:you do not have sufficient security to restore your system. and my spy sweeper dsose kinda the same thing but in sted it says:spy sweeper can not function properly on acount that has limited acces.



idk what is going on i need to know bad plz some 1 help!
