Changing DVD RW drive

So, I recently got a new external DVD Rewriter, and I downloaded Nero, and for some reason it keeps getting the D:\ drive(a DVD reader) in stead of G:\ drive(the DVD Rewriter). How do I change the drive?

there's your problem. nero 7 is a buggy bloated piece of crap. I suggest you get a copy of nero 6 instead.
