youtube is starting to piss me off

I've been using youtube to upload video for a while, and I liked it, the process of uploading my video, then waiting a few minutes for it to encode to a flash video was simple and smooth.

But now, it's isn't being so nice to me. I tried uploading a video yesterday, and after uploading and being processed, what I was left with was a garbled shit. Now, hoping that they fixed the problem, i'm uploading it again. This time, it won't even finish uploading! The video is only 11MB, it shouldn't be hanging on the upload screen for a frigg'in hour to finish. .

Is the clip longer than 10 mins?  YouTube has changed their policy.

I'm aware of that new policy. The video i'm trying to upload is a only 1minute 25seconds long.

If it's garbled, YouTube might not be able to convert the file to Flash.  Encode it to something else.

ok, so I went back to using the standard mpeg-4 codec (which has worked before.

For some reason I still can't upload video's anymore (even with the video format that I know works), it's just hanging on that uploading screen. With that said, I was curious to see if it's even sending at all, so I went on google and found the  "Extended Statusbar" extension for FireFox, and you know what? It turns out that it isn't sending the video at all. What the shit, youtube?!
